“Brainztown,” a music producer who is working on the trailer and music cues for the upcoming Spider-Man sequel, has revealed that the trailer will show before Thor: The Dark World and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire! Both films are set to premiere on November 8th and November 22nd, respectively.
This wasn’t as early as expected — many were hoping for a September or October trailer release — but it’s great to finally know when we’ll see the first official footage!
@Marvel_Spider and it will be played against The showing of Thor and Hunger games this year and the front of next year with May 2014 release

Both films are a good fit for the trailer: fantasy/scifi films which appeal to the same core audience and demographic that aim for superhero films and out-of-this-world fantasy.
While you wait for the trailer to hit, catch up on the official plot synopsis:
In “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy – between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough. Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to hit theaters on May 2nd, 2014!
