Another ‘Left 4 Dead 3’ rumor – this one with surprisingly accurate evidence

If you know Valve, you know that they have a reputation on knowing how to keep secrets and even going so far as to purposely mislead their fans to prove that point; the future of their precious Left 4 Dead, Half-Life and Portal franchises are only known to them.  However, yet again it seems like the determination of the fans may have given us a confirmation for Left 4 Dead 3.

After fans were given the opportunity to tour Valve’s offices, a photo shortly appeared of an open work station that included references to both the Left 4 Dead 3 and Source Engine 2 (both rumored to be in development) and it seems the reportes have been corroborated, which means it has to be only a matter of time until the company makes an official announcement, right?

Confirmation comes from  Rock, Paper Shotgun, citing “multiple sources” from within the studio itself who have confirmed that the captured photo, and the tasks in the photo are accurate.  In fact, one source even referred to the previous internal leak of both L4D3 and Half-Life 3 when questioned – but let’s not jump to conclusions yet, the accuracy of the facts still remain unconfirmed.  So far, the source only claimed that report was “something worth looking at.”
