Last week in trailers: ‘Oblivion’, ‘Upside Down’, ‘The Conjuring’

The latest trailer for Oblivion reveals even more of the plot and throws in a couple of new breathtaking shots of the devastated earth. Oblivion hits theaters on April 12th.

Upside Down seems to be yet another tale of forbidden love – except for its bizarre setting and interesting visuals. Directed by Juan Solanos and starring Jim Sturgess, Kirsten Dunst and Timothy Spall, Upside Down comes out on March 15th. Here’s the synopsis from IMDb:

Adam and Eden fell in love as teens despite the fact that they live on twinned worlds with gravities that pull in opposite directions. Ten years after a forced separation, Adam sets out on a dangerous quest to reconnect with his love.

Check out the new teaser trailer for The Conjuring, set for a release on July 19th. Directed by James Wan, The Conjuring stars Ron Livingston, Lili Taylor, Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga.

The story revolves around a husband and wife (Ron Livingston and Lili Taylor) who move with their daughters into an isolated farmhouse, where they encounter dangerous specters and “a dark presence” that isn’t thrilled about sharing its place with the living. [Screenrant]
