New ‘Assassin’s Creed’ poster unveiled, titled: “Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag”

As we know, earlier this year, Ubisoft’s CEO announced that a new Assassin’s Creed game would be coming out this year (no surprise).  Though what was a shock, was the new game would feature a brand new assassin.  Today, it looks like Kotaku has uncovered precisely where the game will be set – and what it will be called.

A phto of the poster, set to hit stores on Monday, March 4th, was sent to this outlet.  It indicates that that the next AC game will be titled ‘Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag”. The poster, illustrated by Todd McFarlane, also clearly showcases a new assassin in a pirate-themed era.  This also lines up with rumors suggesting that the new time-spanning saga would be moving to the Caribbean.
