Archie Comics have been hinting at a Mega Man and Sonic the Hedgehog crossover. Fans at San Diego Comic Con had a chance to hear the news first during the Archie Comics panel. April 2013 with issues #24 of Mega Man will begin the crossover with our beloved hedgehog.
