Bethesda releases “Dawnguard” DLC trailer for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Bethesda has made it perfectly clear that, unlike Oblivion, they are not going to release small pieces of DLC and instead are aiming to give gamer’s  substantial and large expansions for Skyrim.  In March, the name “Dawnguard” was trademarked by them and it was obvious what it was.

Dawnguard was official announced at the beginning of the month and while we were told that nothing new would be shown on it until E3, Bethesda today released its first official trailer, and it looks amazing.

Thanks to an exclusivity agreement with Microsoft, the advertising so far has strictly focused on Dawnguard’s release for the Xbox 360. It’ll be available for download for 1600 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE this summer.

Okay, does anyone else want to do a Van Helsing style character about now?
