“Road to the Avengers” Book Promotional Artwork Hints at Character Design

The Road to Avengers will be collecting all the previously-released movie tie-in comics into one neat package with some bonuses there within. The purpose of this book is to provide character background, fill in the blanks in between the movies such as in between Iron Man 1 and 2., and familiarize fans of the movies with the individual characters of the Avengers in a way that doesn’t make them read through years of comic book backstory. The Promotional cover art has just been released and is specifically designed to resemble the live human actors of the movie, hinting at the look of characters we have yet to see, such as Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk and the Jeremy Renner in his Hawkeye persona and uniform.
