Eat Sleep Play co-founder David Jaffe has just announced the release date of the long-awaited car combat game Twisted Metal to be Frebruary 14th 2011, Valentine’s Day.
Originally, we were told that Twisted Metal would be released October of this year, but unfortunately, the title was delayed. Fans of the franchise have been anticipating this reboot for a very, very long time, hoping for a trip down nostalgic road. The announcement that it was delayed must have broken many hearts, however, Jaffe assured fans that the extra time would allow them to really polish up the title.
With new announcements, comes new trailers. Sony is sharing the new Twisted Metal Dollface trailer to the public. The trailer shows off the live-action cutscenes that Davis Jaffe himself has talked about in the past, as well as some new gameplay mechanics. The trailer gives insight to Dollface’s past, showing her life as a famous model and then the accident which took her looks away, which essentially ruined her life.
