Video and Photos from “Hunger Games” Set Emerge!

Filming for the “Hunger Games” movie is set to kick off this coming week, which means that fans are beginning to sneak their way around the sets looking to catch a glimpse at the Districts, the Capitol, and some of the film’s stars! Fans were rewarded for their efforts: photos and video from the set of District 12, being filmed in North Carolina, have hit the web courtesy of a few stealthy fans!

The first two photos show a very run-down and overgrown house, showing the rust and decay of time, as well as District 12’s train station, where Peeta and Katniss will soon begin their travels to the Capitol:

Fans were also able to film a bit of the publicly accessable set areas, which show a rundown warehouse marked with the words “District 12”:

What do you think of District 12 so far? Is the film keeping with your vision of these locations from the books, or are you disappointed with the developments so far?
